It is a pleasure to unveil a completely new concept to the area, "Wood Fired Cuisine".  Our custom designed stone ovens and grill is constructed to operate without gas or electricity.  Only wood and nothing but wood is used.  This very simple cooking technique imparts natural flavors into the food making Mighty Joe’s a unique dining experience.  The menu items marked with our Fire Grilled Logo designate the foods prepared in our wood fired stone ovens.
